If you notice any of these issues, replace the bearings to maintain peak performance and prevent operational disruptions.

    Replacement Instructions: For detailed installation guidelines, refer to the RM40 Series Manual (pages 11-17).

    • Max. Bakeout Temperature: 150°C

    Installation Note: Outer coupling bearings are mounted with the chamfer facing the magnet and should be baked at 150°C for 12 hours before first use to ensure smooth movement.
