  • This Flag Style Sample Holder assembly contains leaf springs, offering versatile options for securing samples onto the sample plate.

    The sample plate features five M1.4 threaded holes and supports leaf springs available in three lengths:

    • 4.4 mm
    • 6 mm
    • 8.6 mm

    The leaf springs are available in various materials to accommodate different applications (see the above leaf spring configuration table), and are secured in place using screws.

    Important Recommendation:
    To prevent cold welding, we strongly advise against selecting the sample plate and screws made from the same material, as this may cause the parts to fuse together, making disassembly impossible.
