    This heating stage can be customized in two ways:
    The distance from mounting flange surface to the center of the sample plate (Parameter Y), and the orientation of the sample plate receiver (Parameter Z).

    The HSASOM40(DC) Heating Station is a fully configured UHV solution designed for direct current (DC) heating of SHOMDC sample holders.

    This assembly features a specialized sample receiver with two high-current electrical contacts, pre-mounted on a DN40CF (2.75") flange with all necessary wiring and electrical feedthroughs.

    It provides a ready-to-use solution for sample heating and annealing in UHV environments.

    *Note: Number based on internal tests. Actual max. expected temperature heavily depends on system set-up.
