ContactThe DRVMDMOTL16 is a high-precision stepper motor-driven, one-axis linear actuator, specifically designed for MD16 Sample Transporters. It features a motorized spindle drive, which controls linear motion via an outer magnet, achieving a resolution of 0.01mm.
Powered by a Nanotec 2-phase stepper motor (ST2018L0804), this actuator ensures precise, repeatable motion control while maintaining stable alignment and consistent positioning in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments.
The DRVMDMOTL16 can be configured for continuous rotation or as a linear-only drive, making it adaptable for various applications.
For bakeout procedures, the stepper motor must be removed.
