ContactThe DRVMDMOTL is a high-precision one-axis stepper motor-driven linear actuator, designed for seamless integration with MD40 Sample Transporters. Equipped with a Nanotec 2-phase stepper motor (ST2018L0804), this actuator ensures precise, repeatable motion control in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments.
The DRVMDMOTL features a motorized spindle drive that controls linear motion via an outer magnet, achieving a resolution of 0.01mm. The rigid design of the unit guarantees stable alignment and consistent positioning during operation.
This drive can be configured for continuous rotation or as a linear-only drive for various applications and is easily retrofittable to existing systems.
For bakeout procedures, the stepper motor must be removed.
