The HSOMPBN50 Heater Assembly is a high-performance heating solution designed for flag-style sample plates in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments. This assembly is ideal for applications requiring uniform and highly controlled heating up to 1000°C*.
It can be integrated into fully configured heating stages with flange assemblies and electrical feedthroughs, mounted as end effectors to magnetically coupled manipulators, or be easily adapted to most commercially available XYZ manipulators, including Ferrovac Boomerax manipulators.
The HSOMPBN50 utilizes a Boralectric heater, combining pyrolytic boron nitride and pyrolytic graphite for efficient and uniform heating.
