The LSC1.0 is a programmable multi-purpose control unit designed for use in vacuum systems. It enables monitoring and control of process parameters such as vacuum levels and temperatures, as well as the actuation of external components.
The device provides multiple analogue input channels for signal acquisition alongside digital and analogue outputs for system control. Integrated 24 V power outputs allow the direct connection of solenoid valves without additional interface hardware.
Control logic is implemented on an Arduino-compatible microcontroller platform. Users can program the device in C++ using hardware-specific libraries provided by Ferrovac, allowing for precise adaptation to application-specific requirements. The unit can be operated in standalone mode via six programmable front panel buttons. An illuminated LCD displays relevant system parameters during operation, while connectivity to external systems is provided via a USB interface.
