  • This terminal enables the used thermocouples to remain connected through the same materials used in the thermocouple itself.

    The configuration with the ceramic isolator allows for temperatures up to 1250°C, which is the maximum use temperature of a K-Type thermocouple. Shapal M ceramics are fully UHV compatible.

    • Materials:
      • Isolator: Shapal M or PEEK, depends on Product Configuration (see above).
      • Conductor Tubes 1 & 3: Chromel (+) - Ni90/Cr10
      • Conductor Tubes 2 & 4: Alumel (-) - Ni95/(Al+Mn+Si)5
      • Screws: Stainless steel grade A2
    • Max. Operation Temperature:
      • Shapal M isolator: 1250°C
      • PEEK isolator: 250°C
    • No further wiring inlcuded
