  • The UHV-Suitcase is available in two wobblestick insertion depths, measured from the gate valve flange. The effective insertion depth and maximal storage capacity may vary depending on the chosen end-effector / sample holder type.

  • The VSN40S(VRV) is a compact, lightweight, and fully-featured UHV suitcase for the transport of sensitive samples at room temperature under true UHV conditions. It utilizes a combined Non-Evaporable Getter (NEG) and Ion-pump to achieve and maintain vacuum, powered by a rechargeable battery. This suitcase is designed for portability and ease of use, featuring dual side-mounted viewports and a rear-view viewport for sample observation, as well as a user-friendly controller providing pressure and temperature readout.

    • Bakeout tent for UHV suitcase.
    • Bakeout heater for UHV suitcase.
    • Flight case for NexGeneration UHV Suitcase.
