Multiport chamber for feedthroughs with 1xDN63CF, 2xDN40CFT, 5xDN16CF.
This compact ultra-high vacuum (UHV) chamber is specifically designed to accommodate feedthroughs for XYZ manipulators with rotational (R) capability.
It features a DN63CF mounting flange with an integrated interface for the manipulator’s support tube. Five DN16CF ports are aligned parallel to the Z-axis, providing an optimal configuration for setups that include a differentially pumped rotary platform (DPRF) for polar (R1) rotation.
An additional DN40CF port, oriented orthogonally, enables the installation of components such as a DN40CF electrical feedthrough. The base flange includes threaded ring segments to securely mount the manipulator's support tube. The top flange can be configured to support either a helium flow cryostat or an additional DN40CF Sub-D electrical feedthrough, depending on the experimental requirements.
