  • This in-vacuum support is designed to support vacuum-side inserts of long Boomerax Z-stages.

    Similar to an in-vacuum slide bearing, this PEEK ring is mounted within the fixed mounting flange (DN63CF) of the Boomerax manipulator and supports the insert tube while still allowing for effortless linear movement. The design includes holes for faster pump-down and to allow space for in-vacuum wiring.
