Multiport chamber for electrical feedthroughs with 2xDN63CF, 5xDN16CF.

This DN63CF straigth UHV chamber for electrical feedthroughs is specifically designed for integration with Boomerax manipulators, facilitating efficient electrical connections on the travelling flange of the manipulator.
This compact chamber supports up to five DN16CF electrical feedthroughs and includes threaded ring segments for the installation of a manipulator support tube.
It features a DN63CF mounting flange with an integrated interface for the manipulator support tube and a DN63CF top flange for mounting additional equipment.
The base flange incorporates threaded ring segments for securing the support tube of the manipulator.
