Equipped with up to 13 high-quality electrical contacts on an AlN isolator, this holder facilitates reliable device wiring. Customizable shield cap windows and integrated temperature sensor pockets (for DT-670, thermocouples, or Pt100) enhance its versatility for demanding surface science and microscopy applications.
