Sample Plate with 13 Electrical Contacts
Precisely repeatable positioning achieved through a kinematic snap-in mechanism.
To overcome the problem of non repeatable positioning when placed into the receptors, we introduced three slits in the sample plate, while keeping the outline dimensions and compatibility with existing transfer systems and receptors. If placed in the corresponding RECOMEC13 receptor, our modified sample holder SHOMEC13 snaps in reproducibly and with high-precision in the micrometer range.
Additionaly a slit in the ceramic base plate allows for the mounting of a DT-670 silicon diode temperature sensor, a thermocouple or Pt100 resistor.
