  • Boomerax MXY40 – High-Precision Two-Axis Positioning Stage

    The Boomerax MXY40 is a versatile, heavy-duty, and highly precise two-axis positioning stage, designed for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. Featuring an edge welded bellows unit with an inner diameter ofa 38mm, it ensures vacuum integrity while providing smooth and controlled motion for fine positioning tasks.

    Equipped with large-diameter micrometer heads and a 20-micron scale, the MXY40 enables 2-micron motion resolution when manually driven. For enhanced performance, motorized and encoded versions are available, offering even higher resolution and automated control.

    The modular design of the MXY40 allows seamless integration with Boomerax Z-axis modules and rotary platforms, enabling the construction of a complete XYZR manipulator system.
