Fast Pump Down Dock with LN2 Dewar UHV Booster CF40

  The VSCTDH40 Transfer Chamber enables ultra-fast sample transfer from a portable UHV-Suitcase to a UHV system, significantly reducing pumpdown time. Utilizing both cryogenic (LN2) and turbo pumping, it achieves UHV conditions (~1E-8 mbar) within 30 minutes, eliminating the need for a 24-hour bakeout.

  Note: A Turbo pump is not included.
