    This transfer chamber provides a streamlined solution for moving samples from a portable UHV-Suitcase to a UHV system. It is designed for speed and efficiency, minimizing downtime during the transfer process.

    This product also functions as a complete Instrument Adaptation Kit for UHV docking, simplifying integration with your existing UHV system and portable UHV-Suitcases.
    A central controller makes pumpdown, sample transfer, and venting a straightforward and user-friendly process.

    • Vacuum Chamber: VSCTDH40 fast-pumpdown chamber with LN2 UHV-booster and integrated heater cartridge.
    • Turbopump: Agilent TwisTorr 74FS DN63CF package.
    • Scroll Pump: Dry scroll vacuum pump with a pumping speed of 103 l/min (6.2 m3/h).
    • Valves:
      • Mini UHV gate valve DN40CFT, pneumatic with solenoid and position indicator.
      • Angle valve DN16KF, pneumatic with position indicator, solenoid valve, and closing spring.
    • Controller: LSC1.0 control unit for vacuum systems.
    • Vacuum Gauge: PKR 361, active line full range vacuum gauge, with a measurement range of 1E-9 to 1000 mbar.

    • Requirements: (Not included in delivery)
      • Compressed Air: 4.5-7 bar, tubing (4mm push-to-connect) conforming to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4].
      • Nitrogen Gas: 0.5-1 bar, tubing (6mm push-to-connect).
      • Power Cable: IEC 320 C8 to IEC socket (country-specific).
      • Support Trolley: FRMCARTZXRVS support trolley (recommended for regular-sized UHV suitcases).

    • Compatibility:
      • Compatible with Ferrovac UHV suitcases (regular and mini sizes).
      • Requires a CF40 flange on the UHV system for connection.
