What is a Sample Storage Rail?
In cases where multiple flag style sample plates need to be transported at the same time, while enabling open access to all samples equally, a sample storage rail is a great and simple solution.
Available as a single rack, or a double sided rail that makes use of the manipulator rotation to double the carrying capacity.

Sample Holder Type:
The sample holder type describes which type of sample holder the receivers on the carrier are compatible with.
OM represents the standard, modernized Ferrovac design, which based on Omicron Flags.Number of Receivers:
The number of receivers on the storage rail are usually in one or two rows.
The standard for such a rail are six sample holder receptacles, with the alternative option being twelve sample holder receptacles, arranged in two opposite rows of six (2x6).
