  • What is a Sample Storage Stack?

    The best and most commonlyused form of sample holder parking is the versatile sample storage stack. Perfect for sample parking or applications where transfering a high number of sample holders is necessary.

    These stacks can be configured for carrying multiple Ferrovac Flag Style Sample Plates and optimize the stack orientation to fit a wide range of transfer set-ups and sample sizes.

    The stack consists of modular drawer style receivers, that can be outfitted with spacers to fit the intended sample sizes.
    The minimum spacing allows for a sample height of 2mm. Additional spacers for higher samples can be specified in +1mm increments.

    Maximum sample height is <1.8mm + [height of the inserted spacer in millimeters].

    Receivers with different spacer sizes can be combined on the same stack.
