Why is a Sample Transporter Support needed?
The Ferrovac Sample Transporter performs best and has the longest lifespan if it is properly supported.
Heavy-duty sample transporters are often very long. This means that the manipulator is often too heavy to be supported by the mounting flange connection or the welding seams without leading to damage or leaks over time.The Ferrovac tube support for the heavy-duty sample transorter can be mounted directly to the framing of the UHV chamber or the system itself, relieving stress from the mounting flange connection.

Individually Mounted Supports
Two sturdy rods can be individually mounted to the framing of the UHV system. Support lengths can be chosen individually for each rod with the paramters (X) and (Y).Support with Belt Drive
This version is for applications of long manipulators where the magnetic coupling may not always be easy to reach for the user.
